Explain is an independent market research agency established in 1993 with extensive experience in improving customer service excellence, developing new products and motivating better team performance.
We are based in Newcastle upon Tyne in a four story listed building just a few minutes away from the Quayside and Eldon Square, in one of Europe's most cosmopolitan and dynamic cities.

Unlike many research companies we are a fully integrated agency so that all aspects of our research are carried out by Explain without the need to sub-contract any part of the fieldwork, regardless of where it is planned. We even manage our own call centre.
