Telephone Interviewers – CATI
We are continually seeking new recruits to join our team working within our in-house Computer Aided Telephone Interviewing Unit conducting outbound market research surveys for various clients.
As your role will involve direct contact with businesses and the general public a pleasant telephone manner and good communication skills are essential. You will also be energetic and motivated, and posses excellent listening and keyboard skills. Previous experience in customer service, sales or other telephone based roles is desired but not essential as full training will be given.
We can offer a flexible working pattern working typically 3 evenings per week from 4pm to 7pm in the Newcastle City Centre Head Office.
Experienced Interviewers
We have a team of regional supervisors covering all areas of the UK.
We are always on the look out to expand our team of field interviewers - experience is preferred.
